David Quintero (Assistant Professor in Mechanical Engineering), Xiaorong Zhang (Associate Professor in Computer Engineering), and Charmayne Hughes (Professor in Kinesiology and Health Equity Institute) received the 2019 Kenneth S. Rapid Prototyping Lab Students Step up to Assist in COVID-19 Response

A group of Engineering and Computer Science students -- mainly superusers of the SoE Rapid Prototyping Lab -- have taken the initiative to use 3D printing to fabricate faceshields to support local hospitals and medical facilities in their fights against COVID-19.
