Biography
Jun Jian graduated with a MS Earthquake/Structural Engineering from San Francisco State University. His research is Uncertainty Quantification of Large-Scale Magneto-Rheological Damper Models in Seismic Hazard Mitigation. He focuses on Bayesian parameters estimation and applies the result to probabilistic structural model. He started as a Graduate Teaching Associate in 2016. He had experience in teaching Engineering Graphic, MATLAB and Soil Mechanics Lab.
