In its latest 2020-2021 college ranking, the US News and World (USNW) Report ranks the School of Engineering 46 in its Best Undergraduate Engineering Program Rankings, out of 220 similar programs in the nation. This is the highest ranking the School has ever achieved on the USNW Report and represents an extraordinary improvement from the 68th position in the 2019-2020 college ranking. The School’s ranking is now tied with larger engineering programs such as CSU Sacramento and UMass Boston, and ahead of Fresno State, Chico State, and University of Alaska Anchorage!

Thank you to all the past and present Engineering students, staff, faculty, and alumni for helping the School achieve this significant milestone through your dedication, hard work, and advocacy for the School. We could not have done it without the strong foundations you have laid down. We sincerely thank Dean Domingo and Associate Dean Marzke for their leadership and support, which so much of the School’s progresses can be attributed to. We are proud of the work we have done, despite all the challenges. We will continue to work hard to provide the best education to the next generation of engineers and to build excellent, industry-relevant engineering programs. Go Engineering Gators!
