Fatemeh Tehranipoor is an assistant professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering at San Francisco State University (SFSU). She received her Ph.D degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from University of Connecticut (UConn) in 2017. She obtained her MS degree in Computer Hardware Engineering at Shahid Beheshti University, Tehran, Iran in 2013, and her bachelor's degree with the highest honors in Computer Hardware Engineering at Mazandaran University, Iran, in 2011. Her current research interests include hardware security and trust, embedded and Cyber Physical Systems (CPS) security, Internet-of-Things (IoT) security, and machine learning. She recently received Best Technical Paper Award in 30th International Conference on VLSI Design (VLSID) & 16th International Conference on Embedded Systems in January 2017.
