Dr. Hao Jiang Receives NSF Major Research Instrumentation Grant Award

NSF

Dr. Hao Jiang recently received the NSF Major Research Instrumentation grant award ($268,577). This is the third NSF-MRI grant that the School of Engineering was awarded in last 5 years. This grant is to acquire a 50GHz 4-port Vector Network Analyzer (VNA) that will be used to characterize high-frequency circuits and systems, nanometer materials and devices, and microwave photonic bandgap structures. This award is able to further boost the School of Engineering and the Physics Departmentís research capabilities with high-frequency technologies.
