CIVIL ENGINEERING CURRICULUM

Engineering Focus Area Electives:

Six (6) electives must be selected from one of the following four focus areas. Students must obtain prior approval from both their advisor and the Program Head for Civil Engineering to take any sequence of courses other than those listed below.

General Requirement:

The six courses in a Focus Area must provide a minimum of 6.5 Engineering Design (ED) Units.

ENGR 699 Special Study in Engineering

The maximum ED units allowable for ENGR 699 is one. Course content and ES/ED unit allocation must be approved by both your advisor and the Program Head for Civil Engineering prior to enrolling in ENGR 699.

*Only open to seniors with an Engineering GPA 2.5 or more and consent of instructor.
